Bought a condo home in 2023 in Hampton, NH.
Kathy was outstanding the second I met her at the open house. We talked for probably 45+ minutes and she was very insightful. Based on our conversation I put an offer in within a week. I have moved in and love my beach life! I noticed when I drove to work this morning that I had parked the car on Friday
and did not leave the beach again until Monday. Thank you Kathy!

I have been going to Hampton since I was a little kid in the 1980s, and my wife and I are passing that tradition on to our children at Ocean Mist. From meeting Kathy at the open house, to interacting with the developer during the closing process, to moving in and enjoying all that the beach has to offer, and meeting all of our friendly neighbors at Ocean Mist, we have enjoyed every second of it! Ocean Mist’s location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the boardwalk, but just far enough to be away from the congestion and noise. Not to mention that it is across the street from the ocean and within easy walking distance to North Beach! On top of that, Ocean Mist has newly-renovated units, a gorgeous ocean view, a great community, and all at a very reasonable price. We feel wildly fortunate to have found our new beach home at Ocean Mist! – Tom
